Remote Business Development Representative 

About The Role: 
BuzzTechMedia is a digital solutions company assisting businesses and professionals manage their workloads more efficiently. We specialize in virtual assistance and digital support services that integrate seamlessly with our clients’ teams—empowering them to save time, boost productivity, and achieve more through smart digital collaboration. We are seeking Business Development Representatives to work remotely to generate qualified leads and build strong relationships with potential clients 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to prospective clients 

  • Qualify leads and identify each prospect’s needs, goals, and challenges 

  • Present BuzzTechMedia’s digital solutions through clear and effective communication 

  • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through handoff to onboarding teams 

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive client experience 

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications and activities in CRM tools 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience in business development or media sales preferred but not required 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a strong sense of accountability 

  • Organized and able to balance multiple leads and priorities 

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
