About This Role:
BuzzTechMedia is a digital solutions company helping businesses and professionals work more efficiently through high-quality virtual assistance and digital support services. We are seeking client-focused Customer Onboarding Consultants to join our growing sales team. You’ll serve as trusted point of contact during onboarding - setting expectations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring each client is satisfied with the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service
Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed
Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
